Inventory
The members by using Inventory module, can view stock information and also can update the information of a product. Stock information means the remaining quantity of product. This module helps member to enter the available quantity and reorder level of the product. When the product got sold in the market, the stock quantity will be reduced and the clients can update the available quantity of product using this module.
Order Management
In our php shopping cart the feature of Order allows the Admin to create the orders from Admin Console on behalf of customers. Admin can create the order on behalf of customers from Admin console itself. Admin can create the order with the request from customers. This facilitates Admin to process the orders soon.
Billing
The order can be placed both from Admin and User side. It includes both Online & Off line Payment Gateways. The admin can prepare the invoice using the print orders at the admin side. The admin can also email invoices from the admin.
Order tracking
The facility of Order ship tracking is provided in our On line php Shopping cart. If once an order is placed and shipped the admin can update it while the user can track it through his My Order feature.
Shipping
The members can use the feature of shipping tracking in My order page of our Shopping cart solutions. If once an order is placed and shipped the admin can update it ,while the user can track it through his My Order feature with the help of Track Id. You can know the product status from shipping company.
Newsletter Marketing Features
A newsletter is a regularly distributed publication generally about one main topic that is of interest to its subscribers. The main objective of this Newsletter is for sending up gradations details like new product arrivals and offers. The scope of these newsletters includes news and upcoming events of the Site, as well as information for general inquiries. The Newsletters are stored in to the database and send newsletter to subscribed users. By this facility every users can get latest details about the product and plan his purchase according to the needs of customer's. It is one of the important feature in our e-commerce software.
Reporting Features
The AJ Shopping Cart V 1.0 has several functionalities among which the Reporting Feature is considered to be vital. The Admin Activity Report module helps client to know the details of activities like opening pages in Admin Console. It displays the list of details like name of persons who logged in to site and the pages that are opened in site. The date and time in which the page has been opened and other details will be displayed. This makes clients to know the site activity. The clients can monitor the Sub Admins activities in order to maintain the site properly. The clients has the choice to export the admin activity report details in four formats like Excel, XML, CSV and Tab file.
Import / Export Features
The Admin can export the order details in AJ Shopping Cart V 1.0 . The Orders , Product details , Categories that are processed by customers will be listed for Admin. Admin can export the Order , Product details , Categories easily in four formats such as Excel, XML, CSV and Tab file.
