How to purchase and what are the after-sales benefits ?

You can order the product using the link in the product pages and even you can examine the features of AJ Auction with the provided DEMO link in the product pages. What are the available versions and the licensee's rights upon it?

Currently, we provide two versions namely a Basic package (User version) and Enterprise package.

If you had bought a basic package ,you will not be provided the source code to do any modification on your own.

If you had purchased an Enterprises package, the after-sales support will be more and you will be offered a free up-gradation and modification over the scripts for a limited time period. You will also be given the User side source codes for your own modifications according to your need.


After purchase, can I use the script in multiple domains ?

 

No, purely not. Your are licensed to use the purchased script on only one domain which you have registered in our purchase details and for every additional license you have to order and further details contact our presales team

What should I do , if I want to get your product updates ?

 

The product upgrades depends upon your subscription and if you need a product up-gradation, you will be charged, a simple affordable fee according to your subscription and for more information regarding update contact presales team.

 

What if I don't like your designs and templates ?

 

For customers like you, we offer a custom design service where will support you in changing the script, language, style sheet according to your requirements.

Would there be any "AJ Square" brand adverts in the user page of the application ?

 

Our branding signature will not be seen any where in the user side page of the application but, a brand signature depicting AJ Auction will be seen in the admin side of the application. However, “powered by AJ Auction” link will be provided in both sides.
