Title : Web Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in designing and tools/techniques.

• Adherence to timely delivery & quality standards of given tasks / Project works.

• Satisfying the compliance to process, policies and procedures by the team and contribution to process improvement.

• Provide daily work status & weekly work status to concerned Supervisor & Project Manager.

Desired Profile:

• 1-3 + years of exp in Photoshop , Flash ,CSS, HTML/XHTML.

• Excellent Knowledge and Layout Skills with Dreamweaver in combination with Adobe Photoshop.

• Exp in CSS – Table-less design.

• Familiar with HCI Principles and User Experience Design.

• Understanding and interest in Web 2.0 usability and design principles with in a commercial web development.

• Experience of dealing with cross browser compatibility issues (particularly IE6, Safari, Firefox & Chromium).

• Proficiency & ability to build tight, standards compliant Web 2.0 UI using HTML, XHTML and CSS.

• Knowledge / interest to learn upcoming HTML and CSS technologies (HTML 5 spec, CSS 3,RGBa etc).

• Usability Engineer, Usability Testing, Usability Evaluation.

• Extreme attention to details and outstanding organizational skills.

• Designers can choose to remain focused in their area of expertise.

• To possess adequate Creativity and innovative thinking.

• Should identify new ideas and opportunities for expedient projects.
