Title: Support Executive – Sales/Technical(Voice/Chat)

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Acquisition, Revenue Maximization & Retention of Clients.

  • Generating new sales leads & Attending the leads converting it to a potential call.

  • Self motivated to work independently , with team support , to close business.

  • A team player , and one who is open to feedback and on-going self development.

  • Develop and submit comprehensive proposals based on individuality or team assessed needs of potential clients.

  • Maintain accurate up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts.

  • Demonstrated experience developing process to obtain leads through comparison and evaluation of possible sourcing opportunities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Maintaining the Client and Product Database.

  • Keeping the Clients details in a confidential manner.

  • Requirement gathering for IT Services , IT Outsourcing and Project proposal sending.

  • Feasibility reports , Sending Estimation , Negotiating and Closing the deal.

  • Exploring new possibilities , Assigning partners & affiliates & Achieving the target fixed.

  • Raising invoice , Activating the member / download software account.

  • To undergo Usability test & Site errors checking.

  • Provide recommendations on improvement of marketing efficiencies and effectiveness.


Desired Profile

  • Any Graduates , 1-3 + years exp in handling overseas client.

  • Strong Analytical , Interpersonal. Presentation & Communication Skills.

  • Participate and support in delivering results and presentations to clients.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of Support for the Products.

  • Fixing & Analyzing efficacious Strategy.

  • Exploring new possibilities & options.

  • Approving Affiliates and partners and Wish-list generation on products.

  • To possess potent On line Marketing strategy.

  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
