• Build long term relationships with channel partners and customers.

• Take active part in sales and marketing activities together with partners.

• Have a strong motivational role for the clients, partners and employees of Europe.

• Design, develop and implement the strategic plan for UK in the most cost effective and time efficient manner.

• Update market information.

• Responsible for both the day-to-day running of the company and developing business plans for the long term future of the organization.

• Representing Company in the region through exhibitions, visiting programs etc.

• Build a team for UK team operation.

• Pitch the proposal or represent the company during the final interviews on closing a proposal on client’s preference.

• Maintaining the Bank transactions, Procedures and country accountability

• Management Information System (MIS) Report

• Any relevant degree in Business Administration or Marketing and / or equivalent work experience.

• 5+ years of experience in the above mentioned fields

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
