Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities:
  • Capture business to support current and long term revenue plans.

  • Provide appropriate action to win competitive pursuits. This includes the development of capture strategies and plans, ensuring customer satisfaction and oversight of winning proposal activities.

  • Recommend areas for new technology development that will permit the capture of new markets and products.

  • Maintains an acute awareness and knowledge of market trends, customer requirements and their strategic direction to position the company for new business opportunities.

  • Develop a business case and strategy like RFQ, thereby making it easy for project estimation.

  • Capture the client requirement (RFP) for proposal and estimation

  • Need to consider the long-term relationship dynamics.

  • Define boundaries, with clearly defined action plans.

  • Provide direction for business development processes, procedures and metrics. Evaluate current processes, procedures and metrics and lead team in development of process improvements including coordination of Support Executives.

 
Desired Profile:
  • Capture business to support current and long term revenue plans.

  • Excellent business sense in identification of opportunities, ability to propose convincing solutions to the prospects.

  • Priority will be given to individuals with a background in IT industry, however candidates with vast business experience at higher level within the coporate space will also be considered.

  • Any relevant degree in Business Administration or Marketing and / or equivalent work experience.

  • 5+ years of business development and relationship building experience.
